Software AG’s ARIS platform will bookend Automation Anywhere RPA with process mining and process management. LG unveils autonomous robot with disinfecting UV light for B2B use

Combining its core competencies in robotics, artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles with a deep understanding of customer needs, LG Electronics announced that it is developing an autonomous robot that will use ultraviolet (UV-C) light to disinfect high-touch, high-traffic areas. LG Business Solutions USA plans to offer the UV robot to U.S. hospitality, education, corporate, retail, restaurant, and transportation customers in early 2021.

German Red Cross launches WhatsApp chatbot to answer COVID-19 questions

The German Red Cross (DRK) has launched a nationwide chatbot service to answer all questions about the coronavirus, COVID-19. Integrated with the popular chat app whatsApp, the chatbot was developed by Future of Voice, an international agency for conversational AI from Berlin, working in cooperation with the global cloud communications service provider, tyntec and the dialogue management system from Parloa.
